Information You Provide
When you create an account or contact us, we may collect:
- Account Information (via Google OAuth): When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture. We use this to create and maintain your account. We do not access your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or other Google services.
- Support Requests: If you contact us (for example, by emailing support@chartsprintables.com), we will receive the contents of your message and any information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and context about the issue). We use this information to respond and provide support.
Payment Information
If you buy a Pro subscription or a one-time digital product:
- Payment Processing: The checkout identifies whether a transaction is processed by Stripe, acting as our payment processor, or by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. The selected provider collects and processes payment card information, billing details, tax information, and transaction details under its own privacy policy.
- What We Store: We may store the provider name, customer and order references, subscription or entitlement status, plan type, billing period, payment status, and limited receipt details needed to provide access and support. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Provider Privacy Policies: Review Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Creem’s Privacy Policy for information about each provider’s handling of payment data.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, our servers (or our hosting providers) may collect standard web log information. This can include:
- •IP address and general location derived from IP (approximate)
- •Browser type, device type, and operating system
- •Pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and timestamps
- •Performance and security signals (for example, rate limiting)
Chart Customization and Exports
ChartsPrintables lets you customize ranges, precision, and formats and then export to PDF/PNG. These actions are performed in your browser. We do not require you to upload your chart configuration or the generated files to our servers to use the core features.
Browser Extension
How It Works
The ChartsPrintables Chrome extension provides quick access to conversion charts and opens chart pages on ChartsPrintables.com when you choose a chart. It does not run on every website or read the content of your browsing sessions.
Data Stored Locally
If you save favorite charts in the extension, that list is stored locally in your browser and stays on your device. You can remove this data anytime by clearing the extension’s storage or uninstalling the extension.
Data We Do Not Collect
- •No browsing history, page content, or keystrokes are collected.
- •No analytics or advertising identifiers are collected by the extension.
- •No personal information is required to use the extension.
How We Use Information
- •Create and maintain your account when you sign in with Google
- •Process and manage Pro subscriptions and billing
- •Provide and maintain the site, including exports and previews
- •Respond to support requests and user feedback
- •Send important service updates and subscription notifications
- •Improve performance, reliability, and accessibility

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
Services We Use
ChartsPrintables relies on the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: We use Google’s authentication service to allow you to sign in securely. When you sign in with Google, you’re authenticating through Google’s servers, and we receive only your basic profile information (email, name, profile picture). Review Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
- Stripe (Payment Processing): Stripe may process subscription or one-time payments with ChartsPrintables as the seller. Stripe handles card data, billing details, receipts, and transaction processing for those purchases. Review Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details.
- Creem (Merchant of Record): Creem may act as Merchant of Record for a purchase and handle payment processing, tax collection and remittance, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks for that transaction. Review Creem’s Privacy Policy for details.
- Analytics Providers: We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, feature usage, performance, and usability. If you accept optional analytics in Cookie Settings, we also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and a self-hosted Plausible service for those purposes. These providers may receive technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, page URLs, referring pages, timestamps, and interaction events. Ahrefs, Clarity, and Plausible do not load when you keep optional analytics off.
- Infrastructure Providers: We may use third-party hosting, content delivery, and email services to operate the site. These providers may process limited technical data (for example, IP address and request headers) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use these analytics services to sell personal information or serve targeted advertising. You can change your analytics choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the site footer.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- •Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to prevent accidental data loss.
- •Subscription and billing records are kept as required for accounting, tax compliance, and dispute resolution (typically 7 years).
- •Support emails are retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain records of assistance provided.
- •Server logs are typically retained for a limited period (30-90 days) for security and operational troubleshooting.

Your Privacy Choices
Access, Update, Delete
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. If you want to make such a request, contact us at support@chartsprintables.com.
Cookie Controls
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers also support controls like “Do Not Track” signals. If we implement additional tracking technologies in the future, we will provide appropriate choices consistent with applicable laws.
Do Not Sell or Share
ChartsPrintables does not sell your personal information. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out mechanisms.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk and respond to issues quickly.
Children’s Privacy
ChartsPrintables is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the site, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
