- Support Requests: If you contact us (for example, by emailing support@chartsprintables.com), we will receive the contents of your message and any information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and context about the issue). We use this information to respond and provide support.
Payment Information
If you subscribe to our Pro plan:
- Payment Processing: Payment transactions are processed by Creem, our third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. Creem collects and processes your payment card information, billing address, and transaction details.
- What We Store: We store a reference to your subscription (subscription ID, plan type, status, and billing period) but we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Creem's Privacy: Creem is PCI-DSS compliant and handles your payment data according to their privacy policy. Visit Creem's Privacy Policy for more information.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the site, our servers (or our hosting providers) may collect standard web log information. This can include:
- •IP address and general location derived from IP (approximate)
- •Browser type, device type, and operating system
- •Pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and timestamps
- •Performance and security signals (for example, rate limiting)
Chart Customization and Exports
ChartsPrintables lets you customize ranges, precision, and formats and then export to PDF/PNG. These actions are performed in your browser. We do not require you to upload your chart configuration or the generated files to our servers to use the core features.

Third-Party Services
Services We Use
ChartsPrintables relies on the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: We use Google's authentication service to allow you to sign in securely. When you sign in with Google, you're authenticating through Google's servers, and we receive only your basic profile information (email, name, profile picture). Review Google's Privacy Policy for details.
- Creem (Payment Processing): Creem acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all subscription payments. They handle payment card processing, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds. Creem is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Review Creem's Privacy Policy for details.
- Infrastructure Providers: We may use third-party hosting, content delivery, and email services to operate the site. These providers may process limited technical data (for example, IP address and request headers) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
If we add analytics, advertising, or similar services in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is used and what choices you have.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- •Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion to prevent accidental data loss.
- •Subscription and billing records are kept as required for accounting, tax compliance, and dispute resolution (typically 7 years).
- •Support emails are retained as needed to resolve issues and maintain records of assistance provided.
- •Server logs are typically retained for a limited period (30-90 days) for security and operational troubleshooting.
