Terms of Use

While most features are available without an account, creating an account allows you to access Pro features and manage subscriptions.

Account Creation: You can create an account by signing in with Google OAuth. When you do, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (email, name, and profile picture) as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

Pro Subscription

A Pro subscription unlocks premium features including unlimited downloads, advanced customization options, and exclusive chart templates. Subscription plans are available on a monthly or yearly basis.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Creem's terms and authorize them to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Billing & Renewal

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle starts on the date of your initial purchase. For example, if you subscribe on January 15th, you'll be billed monthly on the 15th or yearly on January 15th.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, you retain Pro access until the end of your paid period. For example, if you have a yearly subscription and cancel 3 months in, you'll keep Pro access for the remaining 9 months you've paid for.

No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused features, or if you decide to cancel mid-cycle. By subscribing, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Exceptions: We may provide refunds at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors, technical failures that prevent access to paid features, or as required by applicable law.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (due to expired card, insufficient funds, or other reasons), we will attempt to re-process the payment and notify you. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be suspended or canceled, and you will lose access to Pro features.

The Site may allow you to export charts to formats such as PDF and PNG. Printing results can vary based on your printer, paper size (A4 vs Letter), browser print settings, and margins.

The Site, including its design, branding, templates, text, and software, is owned by ChartsPrintables or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Site’s content except as permitted by these terms or with written permission.
