Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

ChartsPrintables sells access to digital software features and downloadable digital reference files. We do not ship physical goods. Prices on our website are shown in United States dollars (USD). Any applicable tax is calculated and shown before payment is completed.

The checkout page identifies the payment provider for that purchase before you pay. Stripe may process a payment with ChartsPrintables as the seller, or Creem may complete the sale as Merchant of Record. Your receipt and card statement identify the provider responsible for the transaction. We do not store your full payment card number on ChartsPrintables servers.

• Pro subscriptions: Pro features are normally activated in the account used at checkout as soon as the payment provider confirms payment.
• Workshop Reference Pack: the downloadable ZIP is unlocked in the account used at checkout after payment confirmation. It can be downloaded again from the product page while that account remains available.

If paid access has not appeared within 30 minutes, email support@chartsprintables.com from the address used at checkout and include the order or receipt number. We aim to reply within 24–48 hours.

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time using the billing portal associated with the provider shown on your receipt, or by contacting support. Unless the checkout or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund charges already paid.

A first-time Pro subscription purchase may be eligible for a refund when the request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial charge. Renewal charges and partially used billing periods are generally non-refundable. We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, or a verified technical failure that prevents access to the paid features. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may request a refund for the Workshop Reference Pack within 7 calendar days if the file cannot be accessed, is materially defective, or the transaction was a duplicate. Because it is a downloadable digital product, a correctly delivered pack that has been downloaded and matches its product description is generally not refundable, except where required by law. There is no physical item to return and no return shipping process.

1. Email support@chartsprintables.com from the address used for the purchase.
2. Include the order or receipt number, purchase date, product, and reason for the request.
3. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method by the provider that processed the purchase. Bank processing times vary and commonly take 5–10 business days after approval.
