How do I measure bolt length?
For standard hex bolts, measure from under the head to the end of the threads. For flat-head (countersunk) bolts, measure the total length including the head.
What does M8x1.25 mean?
M8 is the diameter (8mm). 1.25 is the thread pitch (distance between threads in mm).
How are nails sized?
